Cooking with Chef Dave In-Person
This evening’s theme is Healthy Cooking on a Budget—while healthy is the easy part, staying on budget can be the challenge! The menu features seared lamb loin with apple chutney, sautéed shredded Brussels sprouts with dried cranberries, and angel food cake with strawberry sauce. A lively demo will be followed by generous tastings of these delicious dishes!
