All 8-12 year old kayakers must attend with an adult guardian who is 18 or older. Their guardian must also register and complete a waiver. Please provide guardian's name.

All attendees will be required to fill out a Kayaking Waiver IN PERSON to secure their spot on the trip. Please complete your waiver at the library's 2nd Floor Adult Reference Desk. *

I understand my registration is not complete until I fill out the Kayaking Waiver at the library.

Participants may only register for one river kayak trip per season. *

I understand that by registering for this trip, I will not be eligible to register for other trips.
